Both BHM and BBA have their own career growth depending upon how good you do in your field, which entirely depends upon your learning about your field. BHM on one hand will lead you to jobs in hotels, cruise, restaurants, airlines etc. Where you can start your career once you are a graduate. NCHMCT JEE is for Bachelor's degree in hotel management, sorry this exam is not particularly for Diploma in bakery and confectionery.
