The JEE is for colleges that come under NCHMCT regulations. For the rest of the colleges JEE is not required.

Your course is not really clear. But, in India we don't really have credit transfer option after 1 st year. You would have to complete the course for it to be valid.

There's no major difference, but select the course depending on your future intentions. For example if you are planning to go abroad and study for masters or similar program, it's always better to take the 4 year program, in some countries they don't accept 3 year program for masters. But 3 years will help you enter the job market earlier than a 4 year course. But regardless of the duration , always study at a well renowned institution.
In this case you are enquiring about IHM Delhi , which could be considered India's best hotel management institute.

The OCLD programme is selected usually through campus placements, exception is given to Oberoi internal candidates. There are cases when they conduct open interviews in some hotels, i would suggest you to get in touch with OCLD team, they could suggest you a way.
