Yes. It is just that you need a lot of passion to work in the industry. It is completely different from the other industries. You will learn how to cook as a chef. How to serve as a service personnel. How to clean the room as a Housekeeper and How to take checkin and checkout and handling the guest throughout the stay is with the Front Office. A very interesting subject, not everyone can a make career line in this industry!

Yes, hotel management degree done through a recognized universities are valid for UPSC exam. Hence, you are eligible for UPSC.

All institutes of hotel management (Central government) are the best place of hotel management courses. The admission in IHMs are based on NCHMCT JEE-2019 ranks. Because NCHMCT JEE exam has already been conducted and the counselling and admission processes are in progress. Therefore, you have missed this opportunity. However, few private institute like IHM Meerut can give you on the spot admission if seats remains vacant. Hence if interested, than contact IHM, Merrut. The following are the other options for you.
1. Babu Banarsi Das University, Lucknow
2. Amity University Lucknow and Noida
3. Agra Institute of Hotel Management, Agra
