You should purchase the previous year problems books. It will help you to excel in the entrance exam. In addition, it contains solutions and explanations, which will help you to learn new concepts also. Previous year's book will be sufficient.

Yes, you can get admission your percent of 12 have no bearing on that. It all depends upon your performance in entrance examination. Just score good rank in exam and there is nothing to worry about.

It all depends on where you want to start your 1st job if you study from abroad it will get your placement in aboard. But I suggest you to do from Indian government college as Indian hospitality is one of best in world and you will learn a lot in your internships compares to aboard as Indian hotel chains will put you in extreme pressure and make you a diamond. Studying from aboard will usually let you face difficulty to work in Indian restaurants as Indian hotels demand a lot of work.

You can apply in IITM, Indian Institute Of Travel and Tourism Management, which is the premier institution for Travel Tourism management under government of India.
