Yes you very much are eligible for that after your UG there isn't a bar. But is it diploma or Post gradate diploma do specify.

Yes, you can go for MBA after B.Sc with any of the specializations as the eligibility criteria for taking admission in MBA is:
Pass with 60% marks in your Bachelors degree + you have to write an entrance test and an interview, it may vary with the university you choose.
You can go for MBA in different streams like:

MBA (Hospital and Health care management)

Placements: The placements offered here were pretty good. The renowned hotels came here for placements. The salary was based on how renowned the hotel was. The most renowned hotel offers the highest salary. Around 30% of the students got placed through placements. The internships are offered as well. The teaching staff helps in getting internships. I personally recommend you Travel and Tourism as it has more fundamental opportunities in the future trend. Jobs vacancies will be more in Tourism sector. Have a core and practical experiences in Heritage or renowned Hotels so you get a better recommendation for upgrading you profile with respect to your salary package.
