Hi Vishal,
Human Resources is heart of any industry. To efficiently operate we need a team HR in a company, HR does alot of activities could be payroll, boarding, learning & development, attendance and many other. If it is a small company possibilities are they way vend out the operations to a 3rd party. But HR is crucial for every industry so it goes same with the Pharmaceutical industry. I hope I am clear. A common assumption is that the roles of a HR will see a drastic change in companies that are making more use of new technologies. It is an industry trend that they seek a specialist qualification for the appointment as HR Executive. So, it is advisable that you either purse MBA in HR or MSW along with it an LLB in labour laws would be ideal.

Hello Yogesh, it completely depends on what you want to do? If you want to do Marketing, but heard from people that finance has good scope and took finance, then you will not grow. Scope lies in your interest level. People avoid HR. But, if one is really interested in HR then one also grows a lot in HR. Specialization should not be decided like this. Think of yourself in a marketing role. Would you love it? Then go for it. Similarly analyze yourself for finance, HR and operations too. All the best.
