Hi Rahul,
You should go for MSW core. It has good demand than MSW HR. Although it depends on your interest that in which course you are interested. But the former one is having more opportunities.

It depends from college to college you are targeting to pursue business studies and HR course from. Government colleges may invite some top companies for recruitment on-campus with nice packages whereas private colleges may invite diversified companies with wide range of packages being offered from min to high range.
