The average package recorded for HR in IIM-Ranchi was around 13.49 LPA. In general, IIM graduates get an average package of 23 LPA. For good packages in MBA HR, you can consider IIM-A, B, C or XLRI-Jamshedpur.

First of all, you should take a degree from a university not a college. Keep searching for the courses in different universities. If you are not able to find in one university look for it in another one.

Hello Priya, Chetana's Institute is well-equipped with well-experienced faculty as well as many guest lecturers. I would say that pretty good companies visit the college for HR and average package is provided.

Yes, you can opt for HR instead of Marketing, but you'll be able to get a good job only if you have expertise in it. So, prepare well.

You can go for MBA/PGDM programmes if you want to switch your domain to HR. You need to write CAT or other equivalent entrance exams to get into business schools. You can also take into account HR analytics, which is booming right now!
