MBA HR itself is a good qualification to get a good job in market. In case you want to still pursue a course
You have 2 options
1) To get a job earn experience and do some course part time
2) Do some specialized course then get a job? You can further do specialization into different domains of HR that should be based on your interest
Recruitment

Employment safety
Employee relations
Compensation & benefits
Compliance
Training & development

It depends on your career aspirations and what you want from a working environment. If you really want to work directly on the investment side of things for an investment bank, then a back office role might not be the place to start. It might be less competitive to enter, but it does not guarantee you access to front office roles. A few do work their way to the front office, but they are in the minority.
