First of all, both the streams are amazing to follow. You need to find out that which field you are passionate about. If you are amazing in dealing with people then you should go ahead with HR. If you are interested in all the maintaining a company's finances or all the finance related stuff then charge on Finance. In the end, it all depends on your passion and your liking. Yes, it is the best option for human resources and you should go ahead with the same. Prepare very well, give more stress on decision-making problems which are essential and will help to score more than others. There are 75 seats.

Yes, you can and there is no procedure for it though. You can either apply for any competitive entrance exams for this or next year effectively or join any MBA college or B-schools which still have admissions left. Although percentage or CGPA at least till 65% of full-time degree are sometimes taken into consideration while applying for admission.

Your 1st step should be to start preparing for all the entrance tests for MBA admissions next year. Once u clear any one of them CAT SNAP TISSNET XAT CMAT GMAT try to check which colleges have good HR placements. Regarding "good" exam, I think all the tests are good. If u are very serious about HR, do give TISSNET will 100% dedication.

Yes, definitely you can go ahead with your decision of pursuing MBA in HR. There are many options for various colleges around. There are entrance exams like CAT CET, XAT SNAP etc. For getting into Masters of Business Management.
