They have to give the scores of national-level management entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT etc. and the score criteria keep on changing every year. It also consists of an interview and a group discussion. Although preferably with some work experience, not required for acceptance. It costs about INR 1,60,000 a year for two years. An MBA in HR dives further into human capital management, whereas a normal MBA offers a more comprehensive view of company processes. It focuses on particular HR subjects, theories, and procedures that are necessary for efficient personnel management and corporate culture.

Guntur, in the KRUNK, offers an MBA in HRM, which is very commendable for the whole-curriculum win, good-experienced faculty, and internships and workshops. Is the placement record okay? Are the Juniors well-placed too? How have the Seniors fared? The placement record details are fine, with a focus on the participation of both senior and junior grades in the placement rounds. The campus infrastructure is also very helpful. Supportive teachers help create a very conduct in learning environment.

MBA covers a much broader syllabus than MA HRM. But, if you want something to do right now instead of waiting, you can do MA now, work as an HR, and later you can do executive MBA with work.
