Review of Kochi Business School.
Placements: After the first year, we are eligible to sit for an internship. Different companies come with different job roles. Students who do not take an internship are required to work on project on campus for their last semester. After the first year, we will get internship opportunities. Many popular companies visit our campus. Placements record of the college is good, but due to the recession, it is down now. But, there are great opportunities in the future.
Faculty: The student-faculty ratio is 1:30, student-teacher relationship. They clarify all your doubts during lab sessions. There are will be 4 exams, 2 lab exams and 2 theory exams. The 2 lab exams include one internal and one external. The 2 theory exams consist of mid-exam, which is held in one semester and final semester exam.
Other: A lot of industry events and activities take place in our institute, spread throughout the session. Some of these fests include B-Zest, Judicious, and many more. B-Zest is my personal favorite. It is an event where both students and teachers are involved in varying capacities.

College campus full of positive vibe with friendly facilities.
Placements: Kochi Business School is one of those colleges that focuses a lot on placements. The average package is around 6 to 8 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Byju's, TCS and many more top companies.
Infrastructure: The college campus has a computer lab and a library where we get all kinds of books. There is also a hostel facility available. The quality of food is okay. There is a canteen where we get tea and coffee. The college keeps on engaging the students with several activities.
Faculty: The college facilities are friendly. The facilities are a mix of both fresh and experienced. The teachers are well qualified and very helpful too. They also have good knowledge about external affairs. The syllabus is a little difficult but the facilities try their level best to make the classes interesting.
Other: The college campus is full of a positive vibe with friendly facilities. The fees here is low as compared to other colleges. There is also scholarship scheme available for the students. There are a lot of activities conducted frequently and the college sees to it that everyone are actively participating.

My honest review of my college.
Placements: Placements are actually confirmed by the college placement cell. They do assure that a maximum students will surely get a job in order to make the college proud of them and also their parents proud of themselves. A lot of internship opportunities are provided by the college to students. Companies like P&G, HUL, ITC, Arvind Mills, JPMC, BCG, Whirlpool, Samsung, J&J, TCS, HCL, etc., visit the campus for placements. The package offered ranges between 9-26 LPA. Different levels of interviews are conducted by companies for campus placements, such as group discussions, tests, and interviews, to find the best one.
Infrastructure: Hostel life is good. There are hostels, as considered by both boys and girls. The number of girls' hostels is huge compared to the number of boys' hostels. The girls' hostel is highly restricted compared to boys' hostel. The hostel warden is supportive and also quite understanding regarding most of the issues. They try to understand students in all cases.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive. They are very cooperative and very well-versed in the kind of education. They understand what the student wants. They teach students with live demos and practical exams in order to improve their understanding. I think our college has the best faculty members in the whole city. They are indeed very helpful. The course is divided into 4 semesters, in which for every semester, there are 40 marks for internals and the remaining 60 for main exams. Mostly, students get internals by attending lectures, performance based on assignments, and tests. Courses offered are finance, marketing, personnel, and operations. There is equal emphasis on classroom lectures and practical experience. The course curriculum is appropriate as per the specialisation chosen by students.

I suggest you to choose Kochi Business School.
Placements: About 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Byju's, Asianet, LG, Extramarks, etc., are the top recruiters for our course. Most of the students are offered an internship. Many roles like management trainee, area sales manager, financial analyst, operations, HR, business development executive, etc., are offered here.
Infrastructure: Our college provides nice accommodation, proper facilities for sports, proper mess, good food and spacious ground for conducting various events.
Faculty: Teachers here are well qualified and very friendly. Their teaching also is good, and they provide proper notes and study materials in the form of PPTs, PDFs, etc., according to the syllabus. Nowadays, the need for business people is essential. I think this course curriculum is very much relevant.
Other: Our college organises management fest named KomBatts every year with the help of students. Apart from it, we used to celebrate every festival. Extra courses are provided. Unlike other courses, MBA is something which teaches students how to interact, how to present themselves, etc.

Peaceful environment and the ambience of the college.
Placements: From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placement with good college records. Various mass recruiters like Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini recruited students in good numbers with low packages like 4-5 LPA. Mostly, the highest package is off-campus. On-campus, the highest package is 28 LPA. For CS-related branches and circuit branches, placement is good; most of the students got placed. But for core branches, few are placed with good packages.
Infrastructure: A fresher's event is conducted after the 1st mid-exam. There are a lot of books available in the college library. Also, there are two libraries on the campus. You can also borrow books from the libraries. There are a few sports teams for the college, and there will be a lot of sports competitions. Student-run clubs are also available in the university, which organizes a lot of events.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is good. Adequate professors are available. The faculty interacts with students and clarifies doubts if any. Maths and Chemistry faculty are good. You will have to attend 2 mid-exams and 1 semester exam per semester, and they are of moderate difficulty.
