PGDM from JIMS with specialisation in HR has vast scope, because of the opportunities to learn & grow. In last few years many companies such as TCS, EY, Gartner, Archer & Bull, People strong, Randstad, Ericsson etc., have been our regular recruiters. Recently, Zimmer has offered a stipend of INR 30,000/- for HR profile in Internship. Also, our alumni are working at senior HR or CHRO levels in most of the organizations such as at Accenture, ICICI Bank, Mazars, HCL Technologies etc.

Hi.Preparation tips to get into Kochi Business School for MBA In Human Resources:

Take a CAT mock test every alternate day and analyse it. Immediately work on the topics which posed challenge in the mock test.

Practice CAT mock tests of various difficulty levels - easy, medium and tough.

It is important to also practice sectional mock tests for CAT to learn how to maximise performance in 40 minutes (sectional time limit for CAT).

Analyze and evaluate your performance daily, especially after appearing for mocks, to identify your strengths and weaknesses.

To take admission in BBA HR You need to start preparing for entrance tests for the colleges to join for BBA HR  after completion of your 12th. You need to visit any best college which offers BBA in HR or find it online and take admission. You can opt for Business schools for BBA in HR  if you can afford or any integrated programme like BBA-MBA which is good for future also.

  • Passing the 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate of 50% to 60% marks
  • Proficiency in English communication

Yes, you can pursue a BBA in HR (Bachelor of Business Administration) course even if you are not good at mathematics. BBA in HR is a popular undergraduate degree programme that provides a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business and management. Generally their is no maths related subjects in BBA but their is accounts .You should have an idea about basic accounts, If studied commerce earlier you will have an idea about accounts but if studied any other field earlier it is not that hard to learn basics.
