Im myself a TISS HRM aspirant and have done an extensive research on the same. I guess if HR is your forte then TISS should definitely be in your priority list apart from IIMs and XLRI.

Yes, you can get a job in marketing field after completing MBA in finance or HR. But I would suggest you come up with a convincing answer to questions like, why did you opt for MBA in HR/finance if you were interested in marketing?
