Hello,
I would have suggested you an MBA, but you already have one. Until and unless you have a proper justification to why you need another degree or an MBA, obtaining admissions will be challenging but not impossible. You may seek another top ranked MBA in Finance if you want to be a consultant. MS Finance leading to a Ph.D could be an option if you are interested for further research and consulting. Strong career goals/MBA essays will be crucial to your selection. Take your GMAT too.

Hi Sishin,
Since you already have an MBA, you have to pick your course very carefully since you cannot pursue the same program again, not in Canada. Though there could be number of options what you want to study is your choice and you have to have a very clear vision of your career. You may look for PG Diploma or Graduate certificate courses in specialized areas such as Marketing Research, Labour Laws, Global HRM, Global Business Management etc. You have to visit university websites and check relevant programs they offer. If you don't have work experience you should gain some and find out your interests and plan your future accordingly

MBA HR has tremendous scope in the industry. However, this would depend a lot on the institute from where you pursue it. The campus placement process is an effective way to get the right break in HR field, so a good ranked college will give you the right break at the campus placement process.
