Hi Anisha, CAT Quota in our college is only 10% so you need to have high percentile for the same. Your percentile Score should be in the range of 98 to 100. And if you want HR specialization, the faculty over here is really of good quality. The packages offered are around Rs.4 lakh CTC.

You can take single specialization. There is no special benefit of dual specialization.

in mba finance you need to study finance papers in the final year of the mba such as international finance and accounting , taxation , finance service , cost and management accounting , financial management , principle of investment management whereas in mba hr you need to study the basic concepts of human resource management which is concerned with the recruitment of the candidates in the company. choice is yours . you can get best placement in mba hr and mba finance if you do it from top business school in India.

Keep in mind , you must properly justify your reasons why you are shifting from one field to another and pursue the same only if it matches with your career interest.
