For MBA from Canada you need to have work experience. Without work experience, you can't get admission to any well-reputed Canadian university.

The placements at M S Ramaiah is excellent . Last batch(2014-2016) more 97% of the students got placed .
The highest package at M S Ramaiah is Rs.14 lakhs per annum and average package is Rs.4.21 lakhs per aanum and the lowest package is Rs.3 lakhs per annum .
As the college provides dual specialization course , it gives more opportunities to get a good package .

As you are highly experienced in Sales, my personal advice is continue with sales profession.But sales / marketing jobs have its won advantages and this advantages. High Salary Package and Incentives are the main attraction.At the same time, its a profession of high pressure.
HR is some more better job for who would like to lead a peaceful life.Because , target and job pressure may comparatively low. But we can not say that there will not be any target in HR profession. HR people have recruitment target, Training / Induction responsibilities , risk of Payroll Management , Labor Union Issues etc.

When you have already done MBA HR, why to go for diploma.? You already have a PG degree. As far as NGO is concerned you can always get yourself associated with one.

there javed.MA public administration may no be helpful to enter in corporate in a good position. but. you can try govt jobs like civil services or group one services. or try to get a job as junior or degree college lecturer jobs. all the best.

The average package offered in our college in Rs.4.5 lacs and maximum depends on you and your capability. last year one of our senior got the highest package in HR from steller.
