Hello shubhi! Both the college are same in terms of placement.You can consider jims over appejay in terms of academic.The toughest challenges faced by college to place the hr students,options are limited.Because top rated colleges can place their students in good companies.Apart from tier-1 colleges placement scenario is same for all colleges.Best of luck!

Their is no fair comparison among these electives. Most of the people choose elective or majors based on their interests or grades in respectable courses.
But i guess here you are not planning to decide based on your interests. So decide base on grades, skills or talents. Or you can decide base on goals, so first you need to identify that what exactly you want in the end. Creating your goals will help you in decision. Dear Ritika sharma . not necessary. but thorough with IR, HR concepts like performance management, compensation management, and other important concepts. and also thorough with legislations if you would like to go IR side. HRD, OB,OD and such subjects knowledge essential in getting a good HR job. have great knowledge. on the given subjects. do project work with good organisations that will help you out. all the best. not necessary any other course. your project work is important.

CA requires lot of patience and hardwork as the success rate is merely 3 % every year and thousands of students do it. While one can not map the human potential ever, you can be the best judge as per your capabilities. There is no age bar to pursue it.
