You need to first decide what career you want to pursue & what are your interest areas. keeping this in mind you should pursue a specialisation.
An Electrical engineer with an MBA in finance can have a good career in Investment Banking,Equity research. Whereas with an MBA in marketing he could explore a career in Sales /marketing in a host of industries that deal with Electrical/Electronic components .

Human Resources is a good field to study. However you must understand any company, does not need more than 5 HR professionals especially due to computerization of data and services. Hotels are many and growing. However, many hotels prefer IHM grads. So do not do Hospitality either if it is going to be a new field. You may wish to choose Marketing as Marketers are always needed. Also, to specialize you only learn a maximum of 2-4 subjects in that field, for eg.: hospitality. So, would these four subjects give you more knowledge than those IHM or WGSHA grads who have spent 3-4 yrs? Hope this helps. Thanks!
