NMIMS had a HR batch since its inception and recently in 2013, it got separated. Now we have a separate MBA HR batch so that we can focus on core HR subjects and hot topics from 1st year itself. NMIMS is the only college in India which has a tag up with SHRM, a facility which no other colleges providing MBA HR enjoys. Apart from that, the entire course structure was changed last year to meet the corporate demands. All in all we have great faculties and alumni base for support and it will be a good choice to select MBA HR in NMIMS. For placement details, you can check the official site for placement details. Dear,
MPM (Masters in personnel Management) there are various institutions/universities offering the course. But most importantly you checkout the recognition of institution.
Whichever institute you pursue the course, should be UGC/AICTE recognised. MBA & MPM are not similar, both are two different concept.
In MBA you will be specialising in Human Resources where as MPM is into Personnel Management (Narrow concept as compare to HR)

Yes sure you may apply for Dual specialization MBA program. You may choose Financial as major Subject and HR as minor.

You must go for psychology as primarily HR has evolved from sociology and psychology. Hence people with a bachelors in such fields have an edge over other students pursuing HR as their PG course.

Dearpriyash. how can we say that. no gender business based on rank the admission processes that happens. every where. probably 33% may be implemented as reservation for ladies.

Dear pragati singh. you should do MBA with specialisation of Human resource management that gives a job like HR officer or executive in the companies. there fore first complete MBA.

MBA HR is a good choice but also the trickier one. Your graduation sector may help understand the question more better. A deemed university like Bharti Vidyapeethwill just work for you fine
