MPM (Masters in personnel Management) there are various institutions/universities offering the course. But most importantly you checkout the recognition of institution.
Whichever institute you pursue the course, should be UGC/AICTE recognised. MBA & MPM are not similar, both are two different concept.
In MBA you will be specialising in Human Resources where as MPM is into Personnel Management (Narrow concept as compare to HR)
