Avg . Package this year for HR is 7-8lacs. Placement record is 90%. 85/120 students are placed till now. Companies like Delloite,Nielsen, Vedanta group, aditya birta group , ceat,tcs,tts,infosys, axis,icici,continental group,tvs,tafe, and many companies comes.
Around 70+ companies comes for HR placement.
Go to balajisociety.org you will find all students name aho got placed with their respective companies name.

Number of placement opportunities for HR are limited as compared to other domains. However Rajagiri's last 34 batches of HR alumni are placed in all across the world in reputed positions have led us to become a preferred B-School in South India for all domains including HR. So far this season, we had more than10 reputed recruiters completed their selection process and another 10 have approached us with their interest of hiring.

pros are gud happy work and worklife balance. Decent profiles like Industrial relation, talent management, administration, Recruitment, appraisals, Hr analytics
cons are you may get to deal with all managers and their pressures at times. moreover, starting salary offered is low if you do Mba from tier2 colleges. Rest it is gud stream.

There is no add on course as such for HR. I would suggest you to do an internship with any HR firm. Do multiple projects with companies.

No it is not compulsory but it is advisable to give CAT as it is accepted by most top b schoold in the country. U can also give other management papers such as CMAT MAT XAT SNAP IIFT IBSAT
