It is good to go for Master Degree in Management. Specialization in HR is an added advantage. These days apart from the Jobs with PSUs or MNCs, Employment Agencies and HR Consultancy also gives good options. Because of the slow down, it has less jibs but still has good scope.

Hi Arghya, We have 100% placement for all streams of specialization.Placements are going good.Companies like TCS, Development Credit Bank,Pantaloons,Starbucks, NetCore Solution, Credit Suisse, Amazon, and many more come for HR. 97% batch is already placed. Average salary 7.2 lacs. As the placement season has not been over and till now highest placement 2014-16 is 12 Lacs.

HR is the flagship program in XIME. Many students opt for HR here. The faculty are ex alumini, and others are with industry experience. The are some visiting faculty too. Placements wise Hr does well with avg of 6 but this years batch, HR has fared well due to change in industry trends.

HR is quite flexible in kirloskar it depends on quality of students but we do have fantastic knowledgable faculties.
they are working on how to keep our students unique.
HR is a industrial need specalization. so you can go with that

Both branches having their own advantages and disadvantages but I think HR is more demanding than IB.

Hi Priya,
Placement for HR is good here. The institute is having 100% placement records. Average package is around 6 lac., but it can go high or low depending upon the caliber of the student. Summer intern-ship and off summers are provide by the college in reputed organisations.
