If you are interested in designing and have also done a course in it, then I would suggest you to go into designing field only. If you do not really like graphic designing then maybe you can try your hands in fashion designing.
I would not suggest you to go for HR Management as that would again be entirely a new field for you. And you will have to put in a lot of efforts into the field again.
So think wisely and then decide.

Every degree has its own value. There is a scope of every specialization in market. Whatever, marketing /finance/ HR/Operation, etc. There is a trend of dual MBA nowadays. You can do it. It means two specialization as HR and finance or HR and Marketing. You are a good judge in yourself. Find out your competencies and skills and decide for dual MBA.
Jobs are totally depend on the individuals. If you are excellent in your work and have full knowledge of your work then nobody can defeat you in market. So, identify your skills and hobbies then take a decision.

jaipuria institute of mangement offers 2yr full time course PGDM which is equivalent to mba (AIU approved) and you can choose human resource as your specialization in the 2nd year because programme offered are pgdm(general), pgdm(financial management).pgdm(retail management) .pgdm (marketing) Jaipuria noida. And the total fees for pgdm(genral) is 790000/ in total academic fees. All the best
