Dear Sonalika,
If you are interested in designing and have also done a course in it, then I would suggest you to go into designing field only. If you do not really like graphic designing then maybe you can try your hands in fashion designing.
I would not suggest you to go for HR Management as that would again be entirely a new field for you. And you will have to put in a lot of efforts into the field again.
So think wisely and then decide.

Dear Student,
Every degree has its own value. There is a scope of every specialization in market. Whatever, marketing /finance/ HR/Operation, etc. There is a trend of dual MBA nowadays. You can do it. It means two specialization as HR and finance or HR and Marketing. You are a good judge in yourself. Find out your competencies and skills and decide for dual MBA.
Jobs are totally depend on the individuals. If you are excellent in your work and have full knowledge of your work then nobody can defeat you in market. So, identify your skills and hobbies then take a decision.
Hope it will help you, feel free ask more.

Dear Shabnam, You need to apply for CAT entrance exam. After that you need to apply for the colleges. It is interesting to note that though MBA in HR fetches high salary packages but the number of recruitments are quite less when compared to Finance and Marketing specialisations. You can refer the link for more information:
