Dear Deepak,
If you want to pursue a career into Mass Communication and Journalism, then I would advice you to go for a regular post graduate course in Mass communication and Journalism.
In case you want to switch to another field, then MBA HR can be the choice for you.
You can do PhD after both the courses. Make a wise decision!

It is better if you pursue full time course. Definitely it is a good choice if you want to make career as a psychometric assessor, handling leadership development role. Even if you want to choose a distance learning M.Sc, opt a programme where they have mandatory practicals.

CAT cut off in HR for Non-domicicle is 70% and for domicile is 80%. There is no stream dedicated for marketing. It depends on electives and course offered. XIMB offers business management course. Its CAT cut off for Non-domicicle is 80% and for domicile is 90% approx. Average package of HR is around 10.5 lakhs pa.

You can go for MBA(HR) via distance mode from any of the recognized university and i want to ask you something that if you have already completed that course than why do you want to join again ?

Varna, if u are doing b.com finance then do MBA in finance.it may be little hard but, it will be most suitable and killing combination for your future. (B.com finance + Mba finance). u will get placement easily.for more info, u can contact me
