If your UG degree is not from a recognized university then it is not possible to take any PG courses available. Its better you stay with your current job and you can increase your skills by attending any value added courses necessary for a HR professional. Some HR certification courses are
- SAP
- Labour law
- Labour welfare
Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) etc.
As these are short term courses, there is no as such eligibility required but some of the certifications do ask for graduation or PG as an eligibility requirement.
