Yes, you can pursue BA course in one language and MA in another language. However, you need to do proper research before opting for another language in MA. Since, MA is an advanced degree it is required that you should have basic proficiency in the language. For more postgraduate level programmes you may have to qualify for entrance exams. The syllabus of these exams will include topics from BA course of the same language. So, you may have to study the books for BA courses of the language you wish to pursue in MA course.

There is bsically no comparison between the two. The MBA is a higher professional degree for students and working professionals who are into business administration. Whereas a PhD is the highest level program for researchers. The intent of both programs is different, their career paths are different, and even the eligibility criteria are different for both programs.
The real value of a course lies in its ultimate objectives, and those can be different for every student.

Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University offers full-time BA in Music with a specialisation in Violin. The university came into existence in the year 2008 and since then, it has been offering a wide range of music courses to students, ensuring much importance to arts education. Selections of students will be based on merit at the higher secondary examination, with no less than 40%. While considering the BA programme provided by Maharaja Agrasen College compared to Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, the factors come out to be many. Maharaja Agrasen College has lower tuition fees, with a slightly higher rating by Shiksha reviews, while DCAC presents a higher overall review score but at a much higher fee range. No official data available regarding Maharaja Agrasen College's BA placement 2024. As per the overall NIRF report 2024, the highest package offered in the Maharaja Agrasen College placement in 2023 was INR 30 LPA. The median package for UG 3-year placements in 2023 was INR 3 LPA. Out of a total of 942 students, 132 were placed and 242 opted for higher studies. As the NIRF report 2023 reports, in the previous year, during Maharaja Agrasen College placements in 2022, 85 UG (3-year) students were placed with a median package of INR 3 LPA. These figures show good placement performance carried out by the UG graduates.
