Your spouse can apply for the visa while you are applying for the student visa. Now, the question is your profile. Any good university will require work experience, GMAT score and higher percentile. Also, you already have done M.Com so universities will question you why an MBA now? First check with some universities and then apply. Also, keep alternate options like Australia, France, Netherlands, etc.

A majority of the universities require 75%. You will most likely find very few options in Canada. Check University of Alberta, McMaster University, University of Windsor, Dalhousie University, etc.

Scholarships are given by the universities on the basis of merit to international students. You must be academically very sound and have a good profile overall to be deserving. Getting a job will also depend on your qualification, skills, academic performance, etc.

Yes, you can pursue a Masters with ELICOS certificate if you do not want to retake IELTS after some good coaching, a lot of people opt for retaking this as the cost of ELICOS is much higher. In fact, I am processing a student for Masters with ELICOS in accounting.
All the best.

Unfortunately, not. You must take the GMAT or the GRE and possess at least 3-5 years of work experience for an MBA in New Zealand. IELTS requirement is usually 6.5 and above.
