The IIEST Shibpur MSc placements for 2024 have been announced. However, as per the overall placement report, a total of 72 job offers were made to the postgraduate students, and 63 students have been placed. The the highest package offered was INR 39.31 LPA. In contrast, in the 2023 placements, the the highest package offered was INR 51 LPA. During 2023 and 2024, the number of recruiters reduced from 166 to 144, which accounted for a fairly modest decline in placements. Companies that featured among the top lists included Google, Microsoft, L&T, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, EY, KPMG, and PwC.
