Students seeking IIIT Trichy BTech admission must fulfil the basic admission criteria. The minimum eligibility requires students to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75% aggregate. Furthermore, students need to appear for JEE Main exam and clear IIIT Trichy cut-off followed by participating in JoSAA/CSAB counselling for seat allotment.

IIIT Manipur BTech eligibility requires the candidates to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75% aggregate. Additionally, students must appear for the JEE Main exam and secure above the IIIT Manipur cut-off. Seats to the course are alloted through JoSAA counselling. As per the Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal admission process candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria. Candidates must obtain a certain percenatge in their class pass out exam. Percenatge required for BTech admission is a minimum 75% aggregate required after qualifying JEE Mains for admission.
