It is very hard to get MNIT or IIIT in this score, you may go for state government college like MBM Jodhpur etc.

In a similar vein, biotechnology and computer science engineering (CSE) are two separate courses with unique career possibilities and opportunities. you should take into account a number of characteristics, including the curriculum, faculty, research possibilities, industry partnerships, placement statistics, campus life, and the institution's general reputation, in order to make an educated choice. No, it doesn't affect the placements in M.Tech because of B.Tech from the tier 2,3 colleges however because to get into the top colleges if you have qualify the GATE with high numbers and get into the IITs then you don't have to worried about percentage of B.Tech because now the IITs will take care of you. After getting into IITs the companies will not Select you rather than you will select the company.

I have completed 1st year from IIIT Bhubaneswar. So, I think I can answer this question. In my views IIIT BHUBANESWAR is far better than that of the other listed IIIT's. All other listed IIIT's are very new even there first batch will pass out in 2022. IIIT Bhubaneswar is doing very well and placement is also getting better every year. And as far as branch is concerned CSE, CE and IT don't have much difference in terms of course structure. (especially IT and CSE have very less difference in syllabus). So, I will suggest you to go with IT or CE in IIIT Bhubaneswar than CSE in IIIT kotak, sonepat or una.
