The General category Round 2 cutoff of CSAB Counselling 2022 for Gender-Neutral All India candidates seeking B.Tech admission for Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering was 18,226 and 31,383, respectively. The highest package during NIT Patna placements was INR 52 LPA whereas at NIT Jabalpur, the highest package offered was INR 46 LPA according to the recent reports. Moreover, according to the NIRF ranking 2022, NIT Patna has been ranked 63 in Engineering category whereas NIT Jabalpur has been ranked 75.

Yes you can try. For ST category, you will need to score at least 100 to 130 in JEE Mains exam.

IISc and IIIT are not doing lateral admission in B.Tech courses. The admission in IISc in B.Tech courses are based on JEE Advanced ranks, while JEE Main is for IIITs.

Yes you can apply for JOSSA counselling at this rank you will be getting a lot of NIT with a lower branch and you are also eligible to appear for JEE Advance exam to try for IIT.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) relaxed the 75 per cent marks in class 12 as an eligibility criterion for admission to NITs, IIITs and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) in which admission is done on the basis of Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) main scores. In an official notification issued late on Tuesday, the Testing Agency said that it is in receipt of numerous representations from the stakeholders regarding changing the criteria of 75 per cent marks in the Class 12 examination. The agencys official communique said, in view of these representations, it has decided to change the eligibility conditions for Admission
