Not at all if you belong to general category. If you belong to SC, ST then there is very low chance of getting admission in GFTI, IIIT which are not so good. You can refer to previous year cutoffs and can get a rough idea on how much rank these GFTI, IIIT closes admission.

The JEE Main Cutoff 2022 was released recently, and usually this cutoff is of two types: the qualifying cutoff and the admission cutoff. The admission cutoff for JEE Main will be the opening and closing ranks for each institute and will be released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority, which also takes into consideration your category. Now, according to the information provided by you, your estimated JEE Main Rank is around AIR 988000 (PWD) and you might have a chance to get admission into a select IIIT or NIT like the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Agartala. Dear Candidate, Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) are a group of 25 interdisciplinary technology-based engineering research institutions focused on information technology. Admission to the four-year B.Tech. Programme is granted by the Central Seat Allocation Board 2021 based on JEE Main merit. Earlier, there used to be a compulsory 75% in the 12th criteria, which was temporarily removed for admission to IIIT for the years 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID pandemic situation. As of now, the criteria is still relaxed for the current session; however, it might get restored in the future. I hope this helps.
