Both Indian Institute of Information Technology Kottayam (IIIT Kottayam) and Indian Institute of InformationTechnology Design and Manufacturing Kancheepuram (IIITDM Kancheepuram) are considered good options for higher education in the field of technology.and focuses on research and innovation in the field of Information Technology. The institute has collaborations with top-ranked universities and research centers around the world. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs inComputer Science and Engineering.The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kottayam was established in 2015 in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode with funding from central government, state government and industry partners. The institute granted the status of "Institute of National Importance" to the Government of India.

• Fee structure: INR 5.4 Lacs ( Total fees)
• It is the latest IIIT College, which was founded in 2015, and this College is in PPP mode.
• The college had only one pass out of the batch with a strength of 30 students.
• The highest salary package offered was INR11.5 LPA and average salary package was offered was INR 3.5-4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are IBM, TCS, JIO, and many more.
• Students should have good command on programming languages.

Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu was founded by Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India in 2007. It's one of the two IITDMs, the other is the IITDM Jabalpur.

• Fee structure: INR 5.25 Lacs ( Total fees)
• The highest salary package for CSE students ( off campus) is INR 65 LPA, the highest salary package is INR 14 LPA (on-campus).
• The average salary package is INR 8 LPA.
• Saint Gobain, L&T, Daimler, HCL, Infosys are the top recruiting companies.
• Manager and Project Manager are top roles offered.

You may go for IIIT Kottayam if you want to have a good programming skills. Curriculum wise IIIT Kottayam follows that of IIIT Hyderabad which is best in India.2019 was the first year when IIIT Kottayam saw its first placement. Institute had good companies coming forward to recruit them. Some of them where NISSAN, L&T, Reliance (JIO) and many more startups.Anyway, it all ends up at what you really want and how good you want it, are you willing to put the effort given any circumstances. After college, your rank doesn’t define you as much as your skills and your attitude!

It is unlikely that you will get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs with a CRL rank of 196580 and an EWS rank of 31691. The cutoff ranks for these institutes are typically much lower than your current rank. However, there are a few factors that could improve your chances of admission.

* *Your caste/category:* If you belong to a reserved category, you will have a higher chance of getting a seat than if you are from a general category.

* *Your performance in JEE Advanced:* If you perform well in JEE Advanced, you may be eligible for a seat in an IIT or NIT through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) counseling.

* *The number of seats available:* The number of seats available in NITs, IITs and GFTIs will depend on the number of students who apply for admission. If there are fewer applicants, the cutoffs will be lower.

It is also important to note that the cutoff ranks for NITs, IITs and GFTIs vary from year to year. So, it is possible that your chances of admission could improve if the cutoffs are lower in 2023.

If you are not able to get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs, you could still consider applying to other good engineering colleges in India. There are a number of good colleges with good placement records, and you may be able to get a seat with your current JEE Main score.

 Both professions offer a diverse range of potential career paths. ECE graduates can work in fields including wireless communication, signal processing, control systems, power systems, and embedded systems, whereas CSE graduates can work in software development, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.

IIIT Lucknow CSAI -

One of the good college in new emerging IIIT’S .CSAI branch is one of the BEST branch in future in terms of placements . AVERAGE PACKAGE OFFERED Rs. 18.42 Lakhs per Annum and the highest PACKAGE OFFERED Rs. 43.00 Lakhs per Annum pretty nice.

NIT Calicut ECE -

One of the top college in NIT’S .ECE branch is one of the emerging branch in future .Percentage of placements in Electronics and Communications Engineering is 91.09%. the highest package offered in Electronics and Communications Engineering is Rs. 31.50 Lacs CTC. Average package offered in Electronics and Communications Engineering is Rs. 9.43 Lacs CTC .

Conclusion - If you have interest in coding and AI then go for IIIT Lucknow but if you need brand value then go for NIT Calicut .
