IIIT Sonepat offers BTech in 2 branch, namely CSE and IT. Both the branch have good career scope. However, it depends on a student's aptitude and interest to select the right course.

In terms of placements, median package received by CSE and IT students in 2026 was 8 LPA and 9 LPA. The highest package offered was 60 LPA and 26 LPA, respectively.

Obviously IITs are best for B.Tech not because there is qualified teachers but there is exposure to new world.

There are two ways to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad.

1) Through Jee Mains result
