Your EWS rank of 4,663 is strong for CSE at IIIT Nagpur—within recent Round 1 closing range (3,432–4,414). You stand a very good chance of admission. Participate in JoSAA/CSAB counseling, lock IIIT Nagpur CSE under EWS quota in your preference list, and confirm your seat when allocated.

Getting top IIIT like IIIT Delhi and IIIT hyderabad with 94% is not possible as IIIT Delhi requires 97-98% and IIIT Hyderabad requires nearly 99.6% marks (nearly +260 marks in JEE mains)

With 94% and OBC category, you can aim for mid term IIITs like Kota, Pune, Guwahati, Kalyani, Kottayam, etc. as their percentage requirement is 88-90 above percentile which is quite low than top IIITs and courses like CSE, ECE, IT are achievable there.

With a 79 percentile, aiming for core engineering ___branches (non-CSE/IT) at mid/lower-tier IIITs maximizes your admission chances. Explore programs like ECE, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environment, Bio, and parallelly eye mid-range NITs/GFTIs to broaden your choices

Yes, you can get a seat at IIITs. But I personally believed that you should prepare for session 2 where you can score much better than session 1 and if your score is not better, the session 1 score is still available to take admission in the IIITs. IITs are also better in terms of campus placement and education facility and also a government one.
