It will be tough for someone with a 62k overall rank and 18k OBC rank in JEE Mains 2024 to get CSE in the high ranking NITs or IITs. Though you can expect some chances at lower NITs or GFTIs in branches of CSE or allied disciplines other than the main stream (like IT or software). The NITs that you are referring to the likes of NIT Agartala, NIT Sikkim or the more recent ones should be able to provide CSE reservation under OBC.
