As per your marks, you cannot get admitted to the institutions you mentioned. But, as per previous year trends, you cannot get admitted into IIEST or BIT, Mesra.

Tell me your category. But, usually in general, you need minimum 80% marks in best five and also, 80 marks in maths separately.

Hello Amit,
A minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Math is required in the boards for admission in IIIT. The admission is primarily based on the JEE Mains exam scores. So if you have appeared and qualified in JEE Mains with a good then you can get admission in IIIT.

The ICT embodies the convergence of computer and communication systems and has obtained wide acceptance as a distinct discipline. It is a cumulative course involving the study of core subjects of CS,IT and EC. There are a lot of opportunities in future in ICT. Since placement is the only concern the average salary is Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum. Besides IIIT Banglore is recently established college and is not recognized yet.

With this score and rank in JEE Mains I'm sorry to say there are very slim chances of getting the college that you have mentioned above and for the advance there are chances but they are very less.
It will be better to wait for the result and then think about it.
For the college that you will get with your rank you can follow the link in the end of the answer.
