Hy aspirant, Gaining admission to prestigious NITs or IIITs may be difficult given their 25,286 SC category rank and 3,91,484 CRL rank. However, there may be seats available at lower-tier NITs or IIITs, particularly in less popular branches. With female-specific quotas, being a female candidate can also be advantageous. For precise cutoffs, consult the most recent JoSAA counseling statistics. Quotas from your home state may help you get into NIT Trichy.

You may be able to get into some NITs or IIITs with a CRL rank of 3.2 Lakh and a SC category rank of 20,000 in JEE Main, especially in less competitive fields or younger institutes. Lower cut-off ranks are frequently the consequence of the reservation for SC applicants. It is necessary to engage in the JOSAA counselling process in order to consider your alternatives. State-level engineering colleges and other federally supported schools that accept JEE Main scores should also be taken into account.

It could be difficult to get into one of the top NITs or IIITs for core subjects like computer Science or electronics with a JEE Main rank of 1.25 Lacs in the General category. In less competitive or more recent NITs or IIITs, you might have a chance, especially in fields like environmental, civil, or mechanical engineering. Seat availability is also determined by the state quota; you may be able to improve your chances by participating in state counselling or qualifying for special categories such as home state quota. Engaging in the JoSAA counselling process is recommended in order to thoroughly consider all of your alternatives.

Because of the high cutoffs usually required by top NITs and IIITs, getting into one of these schools may be difficult for someone with a 67 percentile in JEE Main under the OBC category. In contrast, less competitive or more recent NITs, IIITs, or government-funded technical institutes (GFTIs) may provide you a chance. Admission is contingent upon branch preferences, seat availability, and annual cutoff patterns, all of which are subject to change annually. Take use of the JoSAA counselling procedure, think about state-level engineering colleges, and look into other respectable engineering schools with lower cutoffs to increase your p

Unfortunately, a JEE Main rank of 127200 is not enough for securing a seat in an NIT or IIIT. The competition for seats especially in NITs and IIITs is extremely intense. The availability of seats in NITs and IIITs is comparatively less as if we compare them to the vast number of candidates appearing for JEE Main.

With percentiles ranging from 75 to 90, admission to prestigious universities such as NITs, IIITs, or GFTI may be challenging. It is challenging to get into NIT, IIIT, or GFIT with an 83 percentile because they are highly regarded institutions. NITs only admit students who score above the 98th percentile; even students who score above the 90th percentile find it difficult to get into IIITs. You may, nevertheless, try to secure a seat in one of the reserved categories.
