IIT Delhi BTech in Electrical Engineering cutoff 2025 for the last round was 211 for the SC category students in the AI quota. The opening rank for the same stood at 156 during the concluding round. For students belonging to the SC AI quota, a cutoff rank between 260 and 1478 is considered to be a safe rank for MSc admission at IIT Delhi. The better (lower) your rank, the higher is the probability of securing a seat at IIT Delhi for MSc. Considering the IIT Delhi JEE Advanced Round 2 closing ranks for the General AI category students, B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering experienced a significant increase of +101 ranks in its closing rank from 2023 to 2025. The second largest rise in the closing rank was +94 for B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. The rise in the cutoff ranks indicates that the cutoff ranks for these branches have comparatively more relaxed cutoff ranks in 2025 as compared to those of 2023. During Round 1, the BTech admission cutoffs were between 125 and 5608, with CSE being the most competitive specialisation for admission.
