The second largest rise in the closing rank was +94 for B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. The rise in the cutoff ranks indicates that the cutoff ranks for these branches have comparatively more relaxed cutoff ranks in 2025 as compared to those of 2023. IIT Delhi cutoff 2026 for BTech admission has been released for Round 1. In the first round, the BTech admission cutoffs were between 123 and 11563, with CSE being the most competitive specialisation for admission.
