First of all, candidates don't have option to avail any course via there home state quota. The IIT Kanpur cutoff 2025 has been released for the candidates belonging to All India quota. You can join BE via direct second? year lateral entry if you hold a Diploma or BSc with required marks—no MHT CET or JEE needed. But to enter the first year, Maharashtra students need MHT CET scores, and outside students must have JEE Main scores.

Yes, you can get in without an Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank under the Management Quota (Category B). This means that you can get in based on your 10+2 exam scores (at least 50% in PCM) or other accepted qualifications. This is true for about 30% of the seats. The other 70% are for people who have passed the EAMCET.
