Lambton College does offer a partial refund of tuition fees to all new and returning international students (including Indians) if any of the below conditions are met:
- Denied a visa to study in Canada OR
- Student decided to withdraw from the course
Refund for visa denial is provided if students provide an authentic visa denial letter (IMM 5621) within 10 days of receiving the letter from the IRCC.

Most scholarships at Lambton College Canada do not require a separate application. The admission application is used to decide a student's potential to recieve a scholarship.
However, for some scholarships, a separate application is required. For that, students can submit an application via the scholarship portal on the Lambton College website.
Students may be asked to submit test scores, and admission offer from the college.

No, the University of Toronto does not follow a rolling admission system. It is important to know that there are specific admission deadlines available at this university that international students need to follow.
But yes, if your application was not selected in the first rounds, it is then reviewed in the next rounds.
