As stream 1 is 75% ipe + 25 % JEE score. You have very good JEE score. Mostly you can get CSE branch. As this year stream 1 seats reduced from 70% to 50%. It's a 90-10% chances of getting and not getting. Try upto last round of counselling. Wish you luck.

Some institutions have been allowed to offer engineering graduation course in Marathi. However there is still uncertainty about Diploma courses since these fall under the powers of the state government. I would therefore like to advise you to approach dte of tech education of the state of Maharashtra to know list of such institutions if any. Best wishes to you.
