Yes presently the job opportunities are maximum for the CS engineers. Whereas students from other branches have to work harder and prepare for exams that will fetch them a government job.

You have IIT Delhi, NIT Delhi, Delhi Technical University and many good colleges under Indraprastha University that will lead you to good career. But you will have to prepare well for entrance exams to get into these esteemed colleges. So, prepare well and you'll get a good colleges to pursue your B.Tech.

Maybe you can get admission but not in preferred branches. You can get admission in some other IIT or in new IIT. You may also refer the link:
