Yes, if you pursue in top colleges then you can easily get a good job. Even if you pursue it in low tier colleges and if you develop good skills side by side, you can get good ones after certain experience.

In order to take B.Tech + M.Tech integrated course in IIITM, you need to clear both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
