Hello, with this rank in JEE main you won't get a seat in any government colleges for engineering for sure. Actually all the seats get exhausted at around 50k, so please go for best private engineering colleges like Sharda, Amity etc. Please visit this link for more such colleges

Yes, you can apply for CSAB spot counselling round. If you don't get a seat or desired seat in the JoSAA counselling rounds, then you might get a seat in CSAB spot round. So please apply for CSAB spot round.

Hello,
With this rank in JEE Mains, you won't get a seat in Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for women. Actually, your rank is very high. Even your OBC NCL category won't be of any help to you. You won't get a seat in any government college. So, I would suggest you go for private engineering colleges in Delhi.

Well brother in this case I think no one help you out except the college. So it's better that you should ask them and do negotiation. Best of luck.

I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to get in any kind of government college because until now no college has taken students with more than 3000 rank. I don't know about Haryana government colleges closing limit, but if you want then you can apply there.
Best of luck.
