Hello, You indeed have a very interesting query. Normally speaking the institute or the college where you had taken admission is the agency who can give answer to this, since if they have a tie up with some foreign university or college then students from here are sent abroad for the last year or last two years of study and then they get a degree from that foreign university. However if you have joined the college where there is no such tie up then I am afraid you have no option but to complete your graduation here in India and then think of going abroad for doing your MS. You have to attempt Andhra Pradesh EAMCET conducted by government of Andhra Pradesh to get seat in JNTUK. If you get rank below 10,000, then you have chances of getting seat in your desired branch. All the best.
