Hello Aishwarya,
Most of the colleges start their admission process in the 1st or 2nd week of May, so you have much more time to choose your desired colleges. Here is the list. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.shiksha.com/design/fashion-design/colleges/colleges-Tamil-Nadu&ved=2ahUKEwjix-rmnYfhAhXW_XMBHbIQAD0QFjAEegQIARAB&usg=AOvVaw38fXM7PGIG-r_y6Wm-1lPp

You will face problems for your admission, because there is a benchmark, where the eligibility criteria of most of the B school is above 50% marks in graduation.

If you have good grades in 12th, you will easily get admission there. Just calculate your best 4 and check whether you are eligible for the courses by seeing the cut-off on the DU official website (or check if any entrance test is there for the courses you have mentioned, on the official website of DU).
The fee is very less since they are government colleges.
