If you are in class 12th, then you will first have to do Bachelor's degree, only after that you will be eligible to do Master's degree. If you are interested for B. Des, then you can go for colleges like NIFT and pearl in Delhi.

You have not mentioned about your nativity. However, other state students can also apply for TNEA. The other state quota admission, Anna University will commence the registration process tentatively from the third week of June 2019.
