MSIT is better than the JIIT College, as MSIT is older and have a goodwill in the corporate world and hence the students of this college receives this benefit at the time of placements.

I will prefer you to opt for the JIMS College, as this college has best in class faculty as compared to any other college that you have mentioned and also this college provides the placements than any other college in the list.

There is 85% quota in MSIT and MAIT, but in JIIT there is not, as JIIT took admission on the basis of JEE Mains and UPTU scores, but MSIT and MAIT took admissions purely on IPU scores only.

VLSI is a very good sector for higher studies in chip designing. VLSI having good scope in future also. After your graduation, you can go for M.Tech in VLSI. I can't say that there are good opportunities in India, but can say that abroad it has certainly a large market. So, if you have interest you can go with it. It is really an interesting career path. Job wise also it very good one if you have interest in this VLSI you can get good job.
