In my view, if you are from general category, then your board marks are not much which can cause some problem to take admission here. You can find the cutoffs for the following batches on the website through this link and predict that whether you can get any chance of admission based on your JEE score:-

I'll prefer for the government college as the placements of mostly all the colleges is good as compared to private colleges plus there is case of donation so you will always get an environment of students who mainly comes for the study not for the simple taking a degree.

Your marks are good according to your category since the cutoff is 45 only. Now talking about your chances of getting the seat, they are less as the margin between the marks and cutoff marks is low. You might get the seat in any NIT but I am not sure exactly in which you will get admission. I am sharing the link please check it:
