They are required in public and private airline services as well as aircraft-manufacturing units. Initially, these engineers are hired as junior engineers or graduate engineer trainees. Based on their performance, they are promoted to the suitable designation. Countries like United States of America, France, UK and Germany hire aeronautical engineers. In NASA, one can find a good number of India engineers. The salary to these engineers are offered based on their experience, skills, city of employment and type of employer. Government/Public sectors (approximately) INR 8,000 to 10,000 (excluding other allowances) private sector INR 8,000 to 15,000 per month (approximately) plus perks. Engineering graduates with management degrees INR 10,000 to 40,000 PM (starting approximately) plus perks.
